This policy explains what personal data Vantacore (“we”, “us”) collects through this website, why, and what choices you have. We follow India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

• Contact form: your name, company, email address, phone number (if you give it), topic and message.
• Technical data: like every website, our server briefly records your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to keep the site secure and working.

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not use third-party analytics.

Why we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and, if you wish, to discuss or provide our services.
• To protect the website against spam and misuse.

We never sell your data and never use it for unrelated marketing.

Who can see it

Only our team. Messages are delivered through our email provider, and the website runs on servers we control. These providers process data only on our instructions.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to answer them and for any business relationship that follows, and no longer than 3 years after our last contact. Server logs are kept for a short period for security.

Your rights

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or withdraw your consent, by writing to hello@vantacore.in. We reply within 30 days.

Products

Our software products, such as Surplus, have their own terms and privacy terms that apply when you sign up for and use them.
